By enrolling with Orrett Music Academy you hereby give consent for us to take photos and videos of your children to print and post at the school, use on our website, social media, or other academy related materials. We will never sell or directly profit from any said images nor will they ever be shared with a third party for any reason. We do not use the full name of any student with any photograph or video. HOLIDAYS

OUR 2022/2023 SCHOOL YEAR RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER 6TH 2022 TO JUNE 29TH 2023

Holidays (ONLY the ones listed below) are factored into tuition payments. Therefore if your lesson that week falls on a holiday, you do not pay for that week and it does not need to be rescheduled. Please refer to a calendar and/or TDSB calendar for exact holiday dates. You will also be reminded by email.

We are closed for a 2 week seasonal holiday at the end of December and beginning of January.

We are also closed for regular private and group lessons over a one week March Break .

We are also closed the following Monday holidays:

Thanksgiving Monday
Family Day
Victoria Day

WITHDRAWING FROM CLASS

Before August 15th:

You will receive a FULL refund of any payments made.

August 16th until up to 48 hours AFTER your first class:

If, for any reason, you decide this class is not for you, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, aside from the $50 deposit.

More than 48 hours after your first class:

No further refunds will be processed. Cancelling lessons policies apply requiring notice by the 15th of any month to cancel at the end of that month. Please note that cancelling group classes affects the other students in your class.

I will pay the entire year amount of $830 upfront by Interac E-Transfer on or before August 15th, 2022

Below are the amounts with a $5.00/class discount applied. Each student will go under review to ensure they are registered for PRIVATE Drum lessons with Orrett Music Academy before the year begins. If Orrett finds that this student is not registered for PRIVATE Drum lessons with Orrett Music Academy the discount will no longer apply and these amounts will change.
