This particular form is to register with our Beginner String Ensemble Wed 5:00PM group class, taught by Ms Oriana. Cost is $25 per class – billed monthly or yearly.

Except under extreme circumstances, group lessons cannot be credited, refunded, or rescheduled unless the class is cancelled by Orrett Music Academy

PHOTO / VIDEO CONSENT

By enrolling with Orrett Music Academy you hereby give consent for us to take photos and videos of your children to print and post at the school, use on our website, social media, or other academy related materials. We will never sell or directly profit from any said images nor will they ever be shared with a third party for any reason. We do not use the full name of any student with any photograph or video. You may opt out of this consent by sending an email to hello@orrettmusicacademy.com but please note that means we also cannot include photos or videos of your child for contests, student of the month, etc.

HOLIDAYS

OUR 2022/2023 SCHOOL YEAR RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER 6TH 2022 TO JUNE 29TH 2023

Holidays (ONLY the ones listed below) are factored into tuition payments. Therefore if your lesson that week falls on a holiday, you do not pay for that week and it does not need to be rescheduled. Please refer to a calendar and/or TDSB calendar for exact holiday dates. You will also be reminded by email.

We are closed for a 2 week seasonal holiday at the end of December and beginning of January.

We are also closed for regular private and group lessons over a one week March Break .

We are also closed the following Monday holidays:

  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Monday
  • Family Day
  • Victoria Day
Holiday Policy
WITHDRAWING FROM CLASS

Before August 15th:

You will receive a FULL refund of any payments made.

August 16th until up to 48 hours AFTER your first class:

If, for any reason, you decide this class is not for you, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, aside from the $50 deposit.

More than 48 hours after your first class:

No further refunds will be processed. Cancelling lessons policies apply requiring notice by the 15th of any month to cancel at the end of that month.

**PLEASE REMEMBER: Withdrawing mid-year from a group class affects not only you, but all the other members of the group. Once you’ve taken a few classes, please try to complete the year for the benefit of everyone, to enjoy end of year performances, and more.

2022/2023 School Year Payment Method

Blanket Authorization (All students and lessons in your family will be paid together, and in the same fashion for the 2022/2023 school year)
If you are registering AFTER the first class of the school year (which is mentioned on the top of this form), then your tuition will be pro-rated based on when you register. This will change the monthly and yearly tuition amounts you see on this form. If, in this case, you would like the exact totals, please email us.

Please send an Interac E-Transfer by no later than August 15th, 2022. Send E-Transfer to Hello@OrrettMusicAcademy.com – password NOT required. Please note we can only accept E-transfers for the FULL YEAR amount as specified above.
